.. it's not really a masterpiece. It was just a sort of quick job I did. I just never had the patience to sit and stick with things. That's why my ART style ended up being one of speed rather than detail. :/ Everyone's different.

The colouring of this is amazing, the light behind him almost made me blink against it and his expression and shape of his hair can make me feel that breeze. Wonderful piece.

I was really trying for a breeze. I'm also glad that you interpreted it as a he. Ayanami's really a girl but she's cleverly masquerading as a man to get where she's going. You know how it is---it's bad luck to have a woman on a ship.
