This is a follow up piece to uh oh you missed, my girlfriend said that the face of the guy in that deviation reminded her of me just certain things about it, i feel the same only very vague things, eye socket shape, hair, and the nose are prolly about it but she wanted one that was in a similar style. a noirish theme...so, i did one. here it is, took less than an hour, pencil sketch and shaded the hair and the dress in pencil then did all of the large dark colors in photoshop and did alot of blending and such (why its in digital) so here it is...Related content

A very sexy pose, excellent shading, and mixture of proper elements to create a dark/suspense filled atmosphere. Great job!!! ^^

Looks great, and definitely has the noirish feel to it. I like the lighting too. The only part I think you could work on is the eye- its a little too low, and should be drawn a little closer to the eyebrow.

yeah i agree, they head was a general pain in the ass, it usually just comes...its weird man, i was in an odd state when i did this one but thanks im glad - and yeah poses are something im only good at every so often - i think it helps to look at alot of comics/model photographs to get an idea. also try the pose yourself i know it sounds weird but it can help if its an akward one - thanks for the comment man
