This was a LOT of work. But I made a promise. I kept it.Β
I hope you get all the little details I added. And I hope you're excited for the return of your favorite little trio.
(I should add as a general thing. I think I may have failed in making it apparent through italisized text along with body language, but Silver's speech when referring to the kids is supposed to seem more than a little bit condescending and dismissive, before Lyra's intervention.)

I've had this sitting in my notifications for ages (I use it as a sort of to-read list). Now that I'm getting back into my comic, I thought it'd be a great chance to catch up on all the others I've held off on as well! I like your characterization of Silver - he's not evil, or mean - just busy, and sort of thinks he's above it all. I'm still itching to see who chose who - and how the starters will react to their first battle!

Jason being nervous in his first battle is so relatable XD
While most other kid just brush off their first pokemon battle like it is nothing this boy is sweating like hell!

This looks interesting, I know you don't like spoiling the story line but will you be going with the whole story that Silver is Giovanni's kid like in the Pokemon games (I think it wasΒ revealed in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl), if not will we get to find out who is Father is and maybe his mum.
The chooses that were made for starts are also very interesting the Cyndaquil (Rose)Β will be a good balance to Jason (please correct me if I get any of the name wrong) as he is definitely the leastΒ confident out of the three trainers, Rose appears to be much more confident then most of her kind (it states in the Pokedex that most Cyndaquil are quite timid), she also appears to have a bit of a temper, which will be useful for later. In the case of the Chikorita (Judith) she lacks confidence and will go will with Lyra (her name was a pain to find), who is quite confident. That only leaves Balder (the Totodile) and Silver, I can't say much about these two only that Balder is very cocky from what I have seen.

Thanks for that I couldn't read the names properly so I guested, I should have used the speak check to fix them. This is a bit of an after thought but I wonder if Balder is going to have the habit of biting on to random things like other Totodile (like Jessie hair in the Pokemon TV show) and Judith being part plant, like many other grass type starters, I would find it funny if she had the habit of eating dirt like I saw in an other Nuzlocke, although I find this unlikely as that Pokemon was a Bulbasaur and not a Chikorita.
