Description
And here's the second part of the Technodrome level, and one of the most unique boss fights of all time. You actually view the game from the boss' (Shredder) perspective, and insstead of hitting him in the more traditional way, you had to fling his Foot Soldiers at him! Another reason why I love the SNES version more!This fight took what was a fun little gag ( Throwing Foot Soldiers at the screen) and actually made it useful!The other thing I like about this part of the level, oddly enough, is the sound effect used when the doors open to reveal the Shredder's tank...thing. It sounds like a bad-ass guitar riff. Just listen!-[link]

This is a rather nice and stylish depiction of one of the most unique (and slightly difficult) boss battles in a 2-D Brawler ever. While I would like to see a colored version this is still a rather fascinating & well drawn pic here. I like on how the artwork in the 2nd panel was pretty detailed (not that the 1st panel was lacking but the 2nd panel was even better). I also liked on how this pic gives a good idea of what a modern comic based off of TMNT Turtles in Time would look like. Oh yes and I do agree that the little photo (most likely April) nearby Shredder's window is a nice touch.

Another excellent piece of nostalgia, and the picture of April in a bikini makes far, far, far too much sense given how often she wound up as bait for one of Shredder and/or Krang's crazy schemes. XD
Shredder manages to look bad@$$ even as he shields himself from the shattered glass--and the compressed effect on the Foot Soldier's head is comedic gold.

Nice, I like how you have 2 views of that battle here. Makes it look alot like a comic book.
I liked that boss to, even though it took forever when I first fought it, sence I couldn't figure out how to throw the Foot Soidlers.
The photo of the bikini girl (April?) on the inside of Shredder's mech cockpit is a nice comical touch.
I hear there's a new arcade-style TMNT game coming to the Nintendo DS, where you get to throw the Foot Soilders torwards the screen "Turtles in Time" style.

It's a slang term I read about where someone who's kidnapped becomes attracted to their kidnapper. I don't know the origin of that phrase, however.

XD Man. I remember playing this for the first time and almost peeing myself when that giant robot showed up. I thought to myself "If he comes out with that thing, I am SO SO DEAD". Luckily he stood inside, but it took me a while to realize you have to pitch Foot Soldiers at him.
Such a classic battle.

Oh man, I remember this level during hard mode: the dudes you couldn't hit normally from the front were there so it made it a pain to fling 'em. You had to like running tackle them first or something iirc.
